PAPAL VISIT is an independent Canadian rock band formed in 2015. Initially conceived as a long distance recording project between collaborators Adam Mowery in Halifax, NS (lyrics) and Pierre Cormier in Saint John, NB (music), PAPAL VISIT has matured into a high-energy, five-piece rocknroll combo. Regularly beguiling audiences in their hometown of Saint John, New Brunswick, the Popes deliver a rapid-fire live set, mixing garage rock fundamentals with classic pop pomp, and rocketing through a mishmash of two minute mini-masterpieces at breakneck speed.  PAPAL VISIT's fourth album, "The Capsize Party", is expected in 2024 via Monopolized Records.
