The Sappy Street Market, happening this July 31 - August 2, 2026, is an essential component of the festival experience. Festival goers, residents and visitors alike enjoy regional food, crafts, and artisanal products in the heart of our festival grounds on Bridge Street. 

If you would like to sell food or other goods at Sappyfest 2026, please apply through the vendor Application form. The form includes rates and details.

Please note: food vendors require a valid Class IV Food Handling Permit from NB Dept. of Health (or provincial equivalent with temporary NB Permit) and must provide a copy of their permit. The application for the Permit can be found here.
