Miller and Swintak met at NSCAD in 1999 and have been involved with each other’s projects over the past decade. In the last few years they have formed a collaborative practice that has included site-specific improvisational projects.
This year they will be presenting a project titled STORE. STORE will be open to the public daily from 12-5pm, with extended hours posted for special events. Visitors will be able to browse a rotating daily display of stock, signage and stack. Example of product may include a back rub from Michael Fernandez, a private dance from Graeme Patterson, exercise machines, prescription glasses, pharmaceuticals, orthotics, and office furniture.
